Shipping
We are determined to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. All our shipments are sent in recycled cartons, but do not worry, your product inside will be securely packaged exactly like on the images, in our original Trouvaille box.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Free, non-tracked delivery option is offered to UK addresses for orders above £25.00. Shipping method used to fulfill free delivery is solely determined by Trouvaille Global Ltd and subject to change at any time. Trouvaille Global Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, custom duties or taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Trouvaille Global Ltd is not responsible for them. If you do not pay these local import/custom duties or taxes then the Product could be returned to Trouvaille Global Ltd or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note, if this happens, we may not be able to refund your purchase. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you are in breach of any law in any such country.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending the package back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
